Uncharted was built on a simple idea:
fitness should be accessible, challenging, and empowering for every body.
What started as a few sessions each week has grown into a community of adaptive athletes showing up, trying new things, and proving (often to themselves) what’s possible.

Over the past months, we’ve trained together, celebrated firsts, tackled challenges like Murph and CHAD 1000x, explored adaptive sports, and created a space where effort matters more than perfection. The wins look different for everyone, and that’s exactly the point.
This newsletter is a new way for me to stay connected with you.
