Hi everyone,

Summer has definitely arrived! It's been hot in the gym lately, but our athletes are continuing to show up, work hard, and tackle new challenges. As temperatures rise, don't forget to stay hydrated and take care of yourselves both in and out of the gym.

Community Highlight

The first Uncharted Adaptive Murph was a huge success! Athletes and families came together on Memorial Day weekend to honor those who gave all through movement, community, and shared effort.

Even a rainy day couldn't stop the event. With the help of amazing volunteers, athletes completed adapted versions of the workout, encouraged one another, and demonstrated the resilience and determination that make this community so special.

Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, cheered, and helped make the day possible.

Learning & Growing

At the end of May I attended and co-hosted the Sensory Fitness Coach Certification course. The training provided valuable information about working with neurodiverse athletes and was filled with creative ideas for movement activities, games, and fitness programming.

I'm excited to bring what I learned back to Uncharted and continue creating engaging, accessible fitness opportunities for all athletes.

Looking Ahead

One thing I'm especially looking forward to this summer is launching our pilot small-group program for neurodiverse youth ages 10–15. I'm excited to see kids build confidence, make connections, and discover that fitness can be fun.

If you know a child who might benefit from a supportive, movement-focused environment this summer, there are still a few spots available. Reach out for more information.

Stay Connected

If you ever have questions about sessions, schedules, or anything Uncharted-related, you can always call, text, or email me. Know someone who might enjoy this community? Feel free to forward this along.

Thanks for being part of Uncharted!
