Here’s how it works:

  1. Get in touch – Contact us HERE, call or email us to learn more and talk about your goals.

  2. Meet Sarah – We’ll schedule a time for you to visit the gym, check out our equipment, and meet Sarah in person.

  3. Pick your plan – We’ll help you choose what works best for you: 1:1 sessions, small group, or another option.

  4. Start training – Fill out a few forms, and you’ll be ready to go!

We offer flexible schedules, like weekly, monthly, or one-time sessions.

Prices depend on the type of training you choose.

Please note: While Sarah is a licensed physical therapist, Uncharted Adaptive Fitness offers fitness and personal training—not physical therapy. We do not bill insurance or provide CPT codes.

I’ve been a physical therapist for over 20 years, helping people recover from neurological injuries and complex medical conditions in a variety of medical settings.

At Uncharted Adaptive Fitness, I offer personalized one-on-one training and group classes designed to support a strong, welcoming community. I focus on helping people with neurological, medical, and developmental conditions build strength, confidence, and independence through movement that’s made for everyBODY.

I’m passionate about helping adaptive athletes find their own path—because no journey is too uncharted!
